I have read and understand the following policies: Textbooks are not included in the tuition. Refund Policy: 100% Refund prior to the start of course. 0% Refund after the course starts. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of course enrollment. Medical Leave: Students may request a medical leave which allows a student to return to their studies at a future date.
I have read and understand the following Accreditation Statement: Divine Bread of Life Insternational, Inc and Northwind Theological Seminary offer religious education under the authority of a Religious Institutional Exemption by the Florida Department of Education - Commission on Independent Education and has not applied for accreditation recognized by the United States Department of Education. Therefore, students enrolled in our courses are not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Assistance or State Financial Assistance and may or may not be eligible for Federal or State professional certifications. Credits earned in our courses may or may not be eligible for transfer to another educational institution that does not have an articulation agreement with the DBLI or NTS. Credits earned at DBLI or NTS may or may not be recognized by employers, professional associations, or denominations that do not have an articulation agreement with DBLI or NTS.
I understand that some of the courses in this program are offered online and that administrative conferences, faculty mentoring, and practicum supervision are offered using video-conferencing. I also understand that the courses in this program may be completed in as little as 30 days and must be completed in 90 days. A grade of incomplete will be issued after 90 days and a grade of F will be issued after 120 days unless an extension has been approved. A new course registration will be required for all courses receiving an F under this policy.
